Doesn't the first one look cast?

Doesn't the first one look cast?

It pings, so might be a hammered coin but you're right the devices all look suspicious - it's a freebie so into the crap coin jar it goes  ;)

Vol. XIX - ITALIA MERIDIONALE CONTINENTALE (Napoli, Parte I - dal ducato napoletano a Carlo V)
Ed. 1940, pp. 427, Tav. I-XVI'

due cavalli 876- 881 PAX REGVM
               882 - 1005    CAROLVS   ARAGO  within these the ones with V are 901, 954 and 958 to 1005
              1007 -PLVS VLTRA
The majority of these 2 cavalli "CAROLVS ARAGO" have IIIII instead of V even so there are quite a number with V.
There are many variations in script & abbreviations in the V's type.  Alas only one is depicted.

Your example has CAROI . VS(?)
. only 2 listed have this, see images below.  So I personally think it is likely yours is genuine.
