Top image shows just ....d Shah Gazi......... The top line seems to have a letter which I think could be Ahmad / Muhammad / Alam /......
Bottom image shows the Julus Manus.....but no mint name.

Style seems to be Mughal or Early British???????

With better reading skills I can say it is an IPS issue. Obv: (sikka Mubara)k / Badshah Gazi Muhammad or Ahmed Shah. Rev: (from top): Manus / Maimanat / Sanah xx Julus / (Zar)b zzzzzzzz

I do not believe that there is any possibility of further attribution except by style.
