Here are a couple of "Covid" and "Care" related coins. You may already have them in your list, maybe not. :)
France 2020 - Andorra 2021 - Italy 2021 - Malta 2021.

Germany issued a collector coin about "care", see reply #10 here. (This was apparently planned anyway, but the topic became much more relevant during the pandemic.) And Hungary issued this collector coin honoring Katalin Karikó (who quite a few here in Germany know because she also worked for/with BioNTech) and Norbert Pardi for their research on mRNA vaccines. As for that "Hungarian invention" and those "scientists (who) outshine the rest", oh well. The coin inscription does at least mention two other researchers as well. ;D

All these are image or article links. You would have to save the pictures yourself. :)

When researching this topic, I found out that the coin series of Samoa, which is 7-sided to appeal to British collectors, was also completely translated for sale on the Spanish market, see here. I have never seen a series of commemorative coins being released in multiple languages, to facilitate sale in different markets.
