I got an email advertizing the Chicago Paper Money Expo and Chicago International Coin Fair. 
In the email there is always a graphic of coins and paper money, usually very rare. 
Here is one shown in the advertizement.

What is it?

This is a silver NCLT 500 Tugrik 2007 produced for the Coin Invest Trust at a private mint in Germany in the name of Mongolia (KM#212) which received the Coin of the Year award in 2009.

I think it is an interesting design.

I was reading about COTY and People's choice just the other day. 
Seems Hungary has an award 4th year in a row.
What struck me was the lack of circulating coins.
