Unidentified German coins

Here are two I pick up in a huge 50 pound lot years ago and have not been able to identify. Any ideas.

Both are local Kriegsgeld (war money) issues. The first one is from Oberndorf, Württemberg (today in the state of Baden-Württemberg). The second one is from Bonn (today in North Rhine Westphalia) - issued by the city and two neighboring counties.
