The book is "The Coinage of Native States of Central India"  by Dr. S K Bhatt.  Academy of Indian Numismatics and Sigillography, Indore 1985.  There may be reprints.  The reproduction of the plates is not of the best, ans if the book has been reprinted, this aspect may have been improved.  It consists of the reprints of three papers originally published previously in the learned journal of the Academy.  Enjoy.
