It seems to say 5 baiocchi 1797 and I think I can read SANCTA DEI GENITRIX. Same seller.

KM 1245, Rome mint, 5 baiocco 1797 in the name of Pius VI, 33.0 mm, 17.5 gr.

Obv.: Bust left. SANCTA DEI GENITRIX (holy mother of god). Below: T. M. = T. Mercandetti
