Luxembourg: Grand Duke Henri works on plans for abdication

During multiple interviews recently, Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg has mentioned that there is being worked on plans for an abdication. A date has also already been scheduled. No further information has been unveiled though, so it will likely still be quite some time from now. However, it is remarkable that he discusses the matter. Before an abdication can take place, Crown Prince Guillaume will first have to serve as Lieutenant Representative, usually for a few years. He has not yet been sworn in as such.
