Sterling area and Commonwealth: new portraits of the Queen in the 21st century

A decade ago our member andyg produced a nice topic entitled: Portraits used on UK and Commonwealth coins.

He last updated it in 2015/2016, but in recent years there has been a spate of new portraits. However, andyg is now more interested in tokens and Eastern coins.

In the meantime, I will add some of the recent portraits, then we can ask questions and put them in the correct chronological order.

This portrait was first used by Tristan da Cunha in 2005, to my knowledge.

Does anybody else use it?

TDC only issues collector coins. It uses UK circulation coinage.

I believe the portrait was the work of Robert Elderton, but I am not sure.

Silver (¼) and gold (½ & 1) Laurel issues for Tristan da Cunha. Queen facing left, crowned with a laurel wreath, historical link to the coinage of James I 1619.
