Ottoman style fantasy

Greetings! This is Sri. Please help in identifying this coin which has persian inscription with details like which era does this belong to, king/kingdom, what do the symbols signify both Obv and Rev.

Welcome to WOC, Sri. I have myself wondered about this specimen, a lot of examples of which have appeared on eBay lately. As the "inscription" does not appear to make sense and because of the general crudeness, I think it could be a modern fantasy token.

The "obverse" reminds me of Ottoman style fantasies created for or in North Africa:  so I'm moving it there.
