Where do you find mint-mark on Braille issue? I checked all the pieces I have(struck in circulation standards),none of them had a diamond.Does that mean all are struck at Calcutta mint? I'm asking this because I can't find a mint mark in the image posted by Sanjay(the one in UNC set),even though it has been struck at Hyderabad mint. There are so many dots on reverse that someone may think that it has been struck at Noida mint

the scan posted by Sanjay is of UNC set which costs 130 INR.I don't think that the coin struck in circulation standard will ever appear in circulation atleast in Mumbai.(Although I have heard that they are very common in Calcutta).The prices have come down,you should get it for 20-25 bucks..

Lemme clear the confusion anout Braille commemoratives:

Proof Sets: 100+2Rs issued by Kolkata for collectors (by adv booking). Not for circulation. No mintmark.
Unc Sets:  100+ Rs Issued by Kolkata forcollectors (by adv booking). Not for circulation. No mintmark.
Unc 2 Rs: Single coin by Hyderabad for collector (by adv booking). Not for circulation. Must have star (not diamond) as mintmark
Circulation 2Rs:Issued by Kolkata for circulation. No mintmark. I think Aditya  has this coin.

Here are the first images of 10 Rupee coin from Hyderabad Mint. They are being auctioned on ebay for more than Rs. 550. 
Thanks to you, Mr. Kansal. We know where to get these coins for less.

It appears that the dealers have won and the collectors have lost. I had paid the amount on 17th November for both these sets and the delivery was one week. The letter was delivered to the mint on 20th of November. I have not yet got the coins. The dealers have.

From the scans posted here-the condition doesn't look like UNC Particularly for Braille coin,it's another weak strike! Hyderabad mint was never so famous for producing good quality coins,so this isn't a surprise.

Lets keep our fingures crossed. I hope the strikes are better than what we see in the pictures here.
I believe that these are the product of the new machinery recently installed. I am not sure.

To the best of my knowledge, this is the first lot. I do collect proof & UNC sets - mainly Mumbai mint. However, never seen any of either Noida or Hyderabad till now.

Yes, you are right, Amit. Till now, Hyderabad mint has not issued any UNC or Proof Sets. Only Mumbai and Kolkata mints have issued them so far.
