It is a persian civic copper; this type with a lion without sun seems to be absent from available references  ???
The mint is Shiraz and likely struck under Qajars. It is close to the "lion & sun" type Val.102 (p.145)

It was to be expected that new types would surface in this area, but a discovery coin remains a pleasant and welcome surprise. Both the animal and the calligraphy look well done. Thanks for posting!
