Khans of Shemakhi (Shirwan Shahs), Fath 'Ali Khan, AH 1184 (1770 AD), AR Abbasi, Shemakhi (Azerbaijan) mint, KM 5 (1180-1203 AH)(1766-1788 AD)

Obverse: Inscription in Persian " يا صاحب الزمان ", Ya Saheb oz-Zaman, meaning: " Oh, Lord of the age "
Reverse: Mint place and date, " zarb Shemakhi ضرب شماخى  ", the date " 1184 ۱۱۸۴  " is around the word " zarb ضرب  ".
Shemakhi, later the capital of Shirwan, is a former Khanate located in Azerbaijan. It was taken by the Ottomans in 1578 AD, restored to Persian rule 1607 AD, submitted to the Russians in 1805 AD and later occupied and annexed by the Russians in 1813 AD.
