This is almost certainly Afghan but it's hard to make anything out other than falus,  also  what appears to be parts of the date  55

It looks like a Durrani copper; may be with a ruler's name at top ? (hidden by strokes) the 4 petals flower reminds me a Peshawar coin.
this one shows some similarities.
isn't it a "6" before digits 55 ??

But what could the date be if it was a 6?  perhaps it's a split date with 12 off the flan ?

with a 90° rotation, I see a flower between 2 swords and then, I see that's exactly the coin Val. n°57 (p.177) : "Ahmadshahi"
Valentine reads the date as 1265 , which means that one of the dots don't belong to a date (probably a dot of the "i" of Ahmadshahi ?)

Excellent detective work saro, another one can have it's ticket completed,  I didn't spot the swords, the one on the right seems partly overstruck to make it harder to spot
