A Falus which has the clear mint 'Kabul'  looks like a blundered date below Obv, I can't make out the legends however

The date could be 124x ? and I suggest as reading : "  فیت الخیر  " , a formula which could be something like  "best blessing"

(only a suggestion...)

Dear Saro, it could be " Khanate al-Khair خانت الخیر " related to " Khair Khāna  خير خانه‎ " which is a neighborhood in north west Kabul, Afghanistan.

Coin collecting has a curious name. It is also called the "Hobby of Kings".

An interesting suggestion Maythem, even if this place, associated with "Kabul" is not known on coin, I think ?
I join a sketch which explain why 1st suggestion

Could be better  " الخیر عاقیبت " / " 'aqibat al-khair " (with beginning of ' aqibat out of flan ? )
I know that coppers of Kabul show such a  formula.

Very interesting suggestions, maybe aqibat al-khair  is the answer, I would have expected Valentine to have an example of this type but seemingly not
