Design could be Buyid (= Buwayids).
The lowest line in the second photo reads "Abu Ali", that might give you a lead ?

Ruler's full name is Abu Ali al-Hasan ibn Buwayh known as Rukn al-Dawla Abu Ali. As a vassal under 'Imad al Dawla from AH 335-338 but as an independent ruler from AH 338-366.

Wow ! I came back to this thread to see if i could be a bit more specific in attribution. But Maythem already did a beautifull job !
Only thing i can add is that Madinat al-Salam = Baghdad.

Thank you Anthony, Baghdad is obvious to me as I am living now in Baghdad (Madinat al-Salam مدينة السلام ) meaning " City of Peace".
