Iran, civic copper of Abushir / 'adl Sahib

This is a very uncommon civic copper whith the legend " 'adl Sahib عدل صاحب   / The Just Lord (or Lord of Justice) "
5,45g / 19mm
no date / "zarb Abushir "
Who was the " 'Adl Sahib " ?

Can't help on the ruler, but must express my admiration for this most excellently designed, preserved and photographed (but alas not most excellently struck) coin. Such a beauty...

Since I posted it, I have seen that a coin of this type was listed by Bahram Alaedini ("Persian Copper Coins" / p.158 : 6,02g & 23,3mm) : a well centered coin but in lower grade... the legend is translated as "The Just Lord".
