This is a Chaganian drachm, an imitation of Xusro I coins, so probably dating from about 600 AD. It boasts five countermarks (my other Chaganian has no c/ms at all, and the portrait's quite different, though also an imitation of the Sasanian King-of-Kings Xusro I.

On the obverse were punched three identical heads (SNS Usbekistan 26), indeed it's the same punch with a vertical line (crack?) for show. At three o'clock at the obverse is a combination of letters (SNS Usb. 4 or a variant like 17-19), and at the reverse another one, countermark '.oro' (SNS Usb. 5).

24 mm, 2.72 gr. SNS Usbekistan Chaganian Ia1/Ia, p. 68-69, pl. 40 nr. 547. Kuznetsov Katalog Manyet Chaganian cf. 80-113.
