These are listed in Valentine under ' doubtful mints'  as the only word on them is Falus

Likely afghan falus from Kabul mint.
from S. Album (Sylloge of Islamic coins / Ashmolean museum), these coins n° 1216A & 1217 (Val. 172 & 173) with peacock facing to right or to left " lack the mint name, but were probably struck at Kabul".
