Nicaragua, 5 cordobas, 1980.  Augusto Nicolás Calderón Sandino.



Some portraits now. Mr Elderton based this design on drawings supplied by the Nicaraguan Bank.

This coin was issued in gold and silver versions. The model for this piece was made by Robert Elderton, with design material for the portrait supplied by the bank.
