This pair of collector coins by Christopher Ironside commemorated the International Year of Disabled Persons.

In 1985 Mr Ironside produced a new design series for Singapore, known as the floral series.

Mauritius, 1000 rupees, 1988. 

Christopher Ironside modelled the dodo from a famous work by Flemish painter Roelandt Savery (born 1576, died 1639).
