Kindly identify this coin. Is it from any Indian Princely State? Weight 3.98 grams.

Nice little coin,  it only reads as 'Falus'  but definitely not from an IPS,  Afghan, Iran or one of the Khanates I would think but I've not seen this type before

Afghan copper.
The strange animal which looks like a  double tail lion !...  is in fact a peacock walking to left.
A similar coin is attributed by style to Qandahar by  S.Album auction (lot 581 / auction n°26) but with the peacock to right.
