Ar first sight it looks like an AR Samanid multiple dirham.
But because of the sword below the centre text on your first picture it must be slightly later. I believe this is Ghaznavid, in name of Mahmud (999-1030AD).
One of his titles was "Sayf al-Dawla", "Sword of the realm". It is very hard to read, but likely the name "Mahmud" in Arab is also visible in the lowest line in the centre of your second picture.
