I can find similar on Zeno to this - but nothing that matches.
always willing to trade modern UK coins for modern coins from elsewhere....

Looks Afghan/Iranian to me... Not sure if they were ever catalogued.

I think too that it is an afghan falus and most probably from Herat; It seems to me that a small part of the mintname is present at 2 o'clock ? : "..HaR" + "A" in center (over "S" of  "falus") and the end could be at 5 o'clock to give "falus Harath"?
