These are available very cheaply and then are onsold by sellers hoping to make a huge profit; usually poorly photographed to hide the small FINE BRASS legend at the base of the reverse.

Looks very nice, edge a little odd though, is it proof with fine reeding or unc with wider reeding?

It is a fake. Engraving is rather course.
