Found this description:

Obv: the ruler name and Title in Persian in septifoil, date and mint around in margin
Rev: Shia Kalima with Ali wali allah and the names of 12 shia Imams around in circles.

The Shia kalima is "La'ilah illa Allah Mohammad-ur-Rassol-ullah Ali'un Wali'ullah Wa'wasi-ur-Rassol-ullah Wa'Khalifatahu Bila'fasl"

Hope this (and Plant) helps.

Peter

Let's give it a shot:
The obverse is the upper one with variant of the kalima in hexafoil (The entire Shia Kalima of Peter does not fit):

Allah/ la ilah illah  / Muhammad / rasul Allah / Ali wali Allah

The reverse is the lower one, which should have the titles of the ruler in heptafoil:

dharb/ fi daulat al-maula al-sultan / al-azam malik riqab / al-umam ghiyath al-dunya wa al-din / Uljaytu sultan Muhammad / khalada Allah mulkahu

Or something along that line. The margin text, with this wear, is not really decipherable in your picture for me.

Plant very usefully writes it out in Arabic as well: this is for Damighan rather than your Kashan, but should be the same otherwise.

The calligraphy of these Ilkhans can be very attractive, like this piece!
