Afghanistan, AE cast Falus of Balkh, AH1295

I think this is of the type that were struck on a cast flan over many years and the date Ah 1295 remained frozen, this coin also has crude milling to the edge

This is a nice coin !
Is it a coin struck on a cast flan or a cast coin as it looks ?

KM says for falus 38.2 : "note : this type machine struck over number of years without change of date. Lion faces right, rarely left"
KM 38.1 (lion facing left) was struck on hand cut flans

I'm not sure if it's totally cast or just the flan is cast, if machine struck then presumably the flan is precast? the hand struck ones are off centre as usual & I posted a rather poor example  some time back but now can't find it in a WoC search
