Yes, many years ago it was possible to buy the coins at face value in the vault of the National Bank of Ukraine. I could buy one for yourself. I know dealers who began to speculate such coins. Today these coins speculates the bank itself. Therefore, the prices on the website of the National Bank - is a fraud.
