Yet another from the  lot I had a while back, looks Ghaznavid type but the two interlinked stars don't seem to appear on those coins so perhaps it's not Ghaznavid?

Correct.  More precisely Mahmud (384-421) AR yamini dirham, Type II, Ghazna Mint (Album-1609).  See Zeno #49974 as an example as well as the category for the type breakdown.  BTW, it is a very nice coin  ;D

(Mahmuds) titles Yamin al-Dawla wa Amin al-Milla,
yamini dirham,
mint and date off flan,
One of the many varieties included in A-1609:
