Afghanistan, AE Falus Balkh mint

Fairly sure this is Balkh mint, larger & heavier than many of my other civic coppers, 13.73g

Yes, it is Valentine n°3 with the epithet : "amad balad Balkh" ("mother of cities Balkh")
(the 1st picture needs a rotation of 180°)

 I noticed an oddity  to coins in Valentine & zeno, the swords seemingly usually point the opposite way to the ornament so the apex is the same end as the sword handles but on my coin the apex points to the sword points
