As Raja Mahaksatrapa, Fishman Type 7.2b ("Mint A" with unreadable Greek inscription on obverse)

Mass=2.0 g

I find the portrait rather curious. It is rather worn, but reminds me more Nahapana (note the "elf ear", in particular) rather than the standard portrait of Rudradaman.

Yours is better than mine. Except that in mine the centre of the reverse is nicely preserved.
The profile of the portrait on my specimen reminds me a bit of Charles de Gaule i think.
