Islamic coin with large symbol to identify

Not sure what this is or which way the symbol goes up, very rich copper colour also, probably Afghan or similar area,  7.38g

The legend is not really legible but it could be (without any certitude) a"sin" (of falus ?) over " ..hi" of Ahmad Shahi"  ??? (see obverse of Val 56 p.177 for ex)
And for the symbol, one from a copper of Balkh is not far from yours (Val 2 p. 161).
Some symbols on civic coppers are used by various mints, this one could have been copied by Ahmadshahi ? (Qandahar).

It's as near as we can get I expect & the similarities are definitely there,  coin came in a lot from North Pakistan area
