Hello,

Does someone have any idea what this is?
It looks like a chinese cash coin with a blue gem on it

Thanks in advance?

These are Korean 1 and 3 chon coins minted between October 1882 and June 1883, KM 1081 and KM 1083. They were intended to stop the rampant inflation of the cast bronze coinage, but instead were hoarded or exported and melted.

Your examples look good to me, but they are quite scarce and you would need to get them checked by someone more expert than me.

I've been looking for an affordable one of these for a long time, so I am most envious :)
