Is this a tourist souvenir? or a trial piece?

No ideas, but that never stopped me before :)

Obverse is straightforward. "Swiss banks" in French, German and Italian. Reverse is a strange mix of French and German. In French: window (as in a place through which a bureaucrat and a client meet) 1990. Below the line: screw press. This line continues in German: 16th century.

Advertising or bonus token, maybe?
