That's a cap. Nice. Caps usually come about because the collar broke or because the wrong collar was mounted in the coin press. If the coin should have a decorated (non smooth) edge, it would be incomplete and vague. Also, the diameter of the coin should be slightly larger, as the flan would not have been restrained by the collar.
