Thailand 10 baht 2007. The official mascot of the XXIV Southeast Asian Games in Thailand in 2007 was elected a cat named "Can" Korat breed.
Korat - rock blue-gray shorthair domestic cat hails from the same province of Thailand. Korat is one of the oldest natural breeds of cats. The mention of blue cats in B-vat living on a high plateau at Korat north-eastern border of Thailand were present in ancient "Cat's book of poems" (1350-1767.) These cats were regarded as good luck charms and well-being, and until recently could only be donated but not sold.

The Pallas's cat was named after the German naturalist Peter Simon Pallas, who first described the cat in 1776 under the binomial Felis manul.
