2 different brass 5 Milliemes 1973, from Egypt

Somebody pointed me on this earlier.. And when i went through my last 'bag' of Arab coins i found also this variety.. the 'text' on top have some difference... a mule??
Your opinions please.. Thanks in advance...

The lower one should show an eagle on the reverse. This is the regular issue.
The upper one should show Nophretetes head on the reverse and is a mule of the lower coin and KM # 445 (International Year of the Women)

As the inscription is different indeed, there must be to variants of the eagle coin or there is no mule ...

It is always better to show oberse AND reverse!
