I think it should be attributed to Saplapti Deva.

Regarding Samanta and Saplapti deva i have seen silver coins only......

i guess this one is of silver too.

Rajagopal

Overlord

Samanta Deva, Deyell#48. The metal is billon (silver-copper alloy).

Then may be its "दी" , you can check after mild cleaning with soft brush.

Rajagopal

Hi, I'm new here. I am a student and I'm doing some research on bull and horseman coins. I found this topic reading some of the forum's posts about indian coins. I think that Deyell will be a good reading for me, but i didn't found it at a reasonable price: Ansari or someone else could mail me the book?
Thanks!

An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.
