Do you still have the coin? 
I looked at a 2/3 falus of Bijapur..  Km3.2 or 7.2 for example, and this coin could be one of those.  And as for the square shape? I don't know.

Hi Richie,  I indeed still have the coin, even if it is put away in some drawer together with some other mystery coins.
Thanks for the comment, I'll compare it with pictures of the coins you're referring to. But it will be for within a week or two, as I am leaving on holidays tomorrow, taking the ferry to Kingston-upon-Hull and touring for a week through Scotland.
