Aurangzeb Alamgir 1/8 rupee

This coin is but 1.5 grams. 
Any idea which ruler had it minted?

Dear Richie, The little coin is an issue of Aurangzeb Alamgir. The legend on the silver coins of Aurangzeb have in the centre line "Chu Badre Munir" which is also shown on this small coin. On account of weight it must be 1/8 of a rupee, however as the mint is off the flan it's hard to attribute this coin. Some specimen, rather of the same fabric, show the mint Kabul, but it's hard to be definite about this piece.

Do you think that I would be correct in reading the reynal year as 12?

Richie, what you assume to read as 12, is actually badr..
The regnal year will be in front of Julus on the left image (=reverse), but this is completely off the flan of the coin.
