While all of the animals shown are cattle (Bos Primigenus), not all of them are cows. I think the animal on the Gambia coins is a Nguni. The Indian and Madagascar pieces show a zebu (hump in the neck) and the HK piece is adorned with an astrological character. Not that it matters, but you may want to change the title of the thread to "Cattle on coins".
